Gorgeous Limoges cider pitcher with apples. This handsome cider pitcher is hand painted with a branch of red apples and fall foliage on a ground of deep sienna, burgundy, amber, and ivory. Listed French factory artist, J. Marsay, has signed the pitcher near the handle. The rich gold gilding on the handle and rim of the pitcher has two minute spots of wear, one on the handle where the thumb would rest and one on the rim near the spout. These are very tiny and do not take away from the beauty of the pitcher. The pitcher is marked with the Blakeman and Henderson overglaze exporting mark in green, circa early 1900's. It measures 8" from spout to handle and stands 6" tall at the rim. This outstanding antique cider pitcher is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration.

Fabulous Limoges cider pitcher with wild roses. This lovely cider pitcher is hand painted with pink wild roses and foliage on a ground of mauve, peach, lavender, and ivory. The handle and rim of the pitcher are decorated with rich gold gilding that is in excellent condition. Listed French-factory artist, J. Marsay, has signed the pitcher. It is marked with the Blakeman and Henderson overglaze exporting mark in green, circa early 1900's. The pitcher measures 8" from spout to handle and stands 6" tall at the rim. This outstanding piece is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Gorgeous Limoges cider pitcher with apples. This large and lovely cider pitcher is expertly hand painted with red apples and colorful fall foliage on a ground of burnt orange, caramel brown, and golden amber. The rim of the pitcher is decorated with rich gold gilding that is in excellent condition. The cider pitcher measures 8 ½" from spout to handle and stands slightly more than 6" tall. It is marked with the Tressemann and Vogt underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1892-1907 and signed by the artist Jew. Compton. This handsome antique cider pitcher is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration.

Handsome Limoges cider pitcher set with plums. This set consists of a large cider pitcher along with three matching cider cups. Each piece of the set is hand painted with clusters of deep purple plums on branches of lush green foliage. Background colors are a lovely palette of ivory, amber, soft green, and lavender. The very talented artist, J. Ellman, has signed the bottom of the cider pitcher. The pitcher is marked with the Delinieres and Company underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1894-1900. It measures 8 ½" from handle to spout and stands 5 ¾" tall at the handle. The cider cups are marked with the Paroutaud Freres underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1903-1917. With no chips, cracks, or restoration, all pieces of this lovely set are in excellent condition.

Charming antique lemonade or cider pitcher with lemon motif. Though unmarked, this hand painted pitcher has the look and feel of fine European porcelain, and is most likely Limoges or Austrian in origin. The mold features an ornate handle, ornate mouth rim, as well as a raised decorative design around the neck and spout. The artist, De'Laurice, has signed the pitcher near the handle. Sunny yellow lemons, white blossoms, and vibrant green foliage adorn both sides, as well as the inner spout, of the pitcher. Background colors are chocolate brown, caramel, buttery yellow, and sky blue. Gold gilding outlines the mouth of the pitcher. The gilding is in excellent condition. The pitcher stands 6 ½" tall and measures 8 ½" from handle to spout. With no chips, cracks, or repairs, this vintage lemonade pitcher is in excellent condition.

Beautiful Limoges cider set with grapes. This handsome set consists of a large cider pitcher and five matching cider cups with handles. Each piece of this set is hand painted with clusters of ripe purple grapes and greenery on a ground of mauve and milk chocolate brown. The rim of the cider pitcher and the rim of each cup is decorated with gold gilding that is in excellent condition. All pieces of the set are marked with the Bernardaud & Co. underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1900-1914. The cider pitcher measures 8 ¼" from handle to spout and stands 5 ¾" tall. Each cup stands 4" tall. This outstanding antique cider set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration.

Fabulous Limoges tankard with currants. This Art Nouveau style tankard features an applied leaf and vine that wraps around its handle. The bottom portion of the tankard boasts a lovely leaf and vine design in raised relief. The piece is expertly hand painted with rusty red currants and greenery on a ground of ivory, salmon, and sienna. Lovely gold gilding accents the mouth of the tankard. Intricate gold scrollwork encircles the upper neck portion of the tankard. There is no artist signature, but the hand painted decoration is of very high quality. There are three small wear spots to the sienna painted high points on the lower back of the tankard. These spots do not, in any way, detract from the beauty of the piece. Please refer to the photo. The tankard stands a stately 15 ½" tall and measures 6" in diameter at its widest point. It is marked with the Tressemann and Vogt underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1892-1907. With no chips, cracks, or repairs, this handsome tankard is in excellent condition.

This colorful pitcher is expertly hand painted with rusty red apples and fall foliage on a ground of chocolate brown, rich caramel, creamy ivory, and deep sienna. The rim and thick handle are decorated with rich gold gilding that is in excellent condition. French factory artist, J. Marsay, has signed the pitcher. Noted are two surface scratches, one directly below the artist's signature, and a second about one inch below the signature. Neither distracts from the beauty of the piece. Please see the photo.
