Lovely Latrille Freres Limoges sugar and creamer set. This elegant set is hand painted with delicate crimson and dusty pink roses and foliage on an off-white background. The handles, rims, and finial are decorated with rich gold gilding that is in excellent condition. The sugar bowl measures 5 ¾" from handle to handle and stands 3" tall to the top of the finial. The creamer measures 4 ¼" in diameter. Both pieces are marked with the Latrille Freres underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1899-1913. This charming set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration. |
