Email us at info@sd-limoges.com to verify that the item is still available. Include each item number (ex:CHARGERS-1001) and a short description (ex: T&V Rose Charger 14"). We will verify that the item is still available by return email.
Upon receipt of verification please reply via email stating which piece(s) you wish to purchase and the type of payment that you will be using. Payment may be made by money order, personal check, or credit card through PayPal.
Orders originating in CANADA must be paid in U.S. dollars.
Payment is expected within 10 days of email notification to buy. If payment is not received within 10 days we reserve the right to re-list the item.
Please make all money orders and checks payable to S&D Limoges.
Texas residents must pay 8.25% state sales tax, unless we are provided a valid Texas resale certificate number and related business information.
Shipping and Postage
We ONLY ship to addresses in the United States and Canada at this time.
On the purchase of multiple items shipping will usually be combined.
Items that have been payed for by check will be held until the check has been cleared by the bank. This usually takes seven to ten days. Items purchased by money order or PayPal will be mailed within three days of receipt of payment.
We will pay the cost for all shipping, handling, and insurance. All items will be insured.
All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be provided.
We pack our orders with care to prevent damage and breakage. If despite our efforts your order does arrive damaged you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. DO NOT repack and DO NOT mail the damaged items back to us. This will VOID the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to provide a refund. .
Lay-a-way Plan
One or more pieces may be laid away up to six months.
The buyer will select the number of months in which to make payments, but, will not exceed six.
Monthly payments will be determined by dividing the total purchase cost by the number of payment months selected.
Payments will be due not later than the 12th of each month.
The total cost of the lay-a-way purchase must be paid in full by the end of the period agreed upon by the buyer and S & D Limoges, or, the piece/s will be returned to stock and payments forfeited.
Guarantee and Returns
We guarantee all our pieces to be accurately described and authentic. The pieces will have been produced during the late 19th or early 20th century.
A piece can only be returned if it was mistakenly misrepresented. The buyer must notify us within three days of receipt of the item with a detailed explanation. A valid reason for a return will be made on misrepresentation only. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging within seven days of initial receipt in the same condition as it was sent out. All items returned must be insured. The buyer pays the return shipping and insurance costs.
Once an item is returned a refund will be issued less shipping and insurance fees.
A refund for any item damaged or lost during shipping can only be claimed through insurance (See Shipping and Postage above).
