Lovely matching Limoges powder jar and hair receiver. These beautiful dresser pieces are hand painted with vibrant purple violets and foliage on an expertly shaded ground of lavender, creamy yellow, pale amber, and ivory. Both pieces are marked with the Tressemann and Vogt underglaze white ware mark in green, circa 1892-1907. The powder jar measures 5" in diameter and stands 3" tall. The hair receiver measures just over 4" in diameter and stands 2 ¾" tall. Both pieces are in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration.
